I'm a Tech Recruiter based in the Netherlands with 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including 10 years as a Software QA Engineer and 5+ years in IT recruitment across Europe.

I've collaborated with developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, managers, and business stakeholders, giving me a practical view of what companies are really looking for beyond keywords on a CV.
